Noise from the young adults outside the bar disrupts sleep!!! Mobility issues should be considered in room assignments!!! Maintenance on the bathrooms is desperately needed!!!

I enjoyed my stay here. the shower had fantastic pressure, and the toiletries were plentiful. The communal area was pleasant for gatherings, but the low ceilings were a challenge.

we loved our stay at boutique 25 bed & breakfast! it's perfectly located in the town center, making it super convenient. the building has a nice blend of old charm and modern updates. our luxury double room was spacious and beautifully presented, complete with a big jacuzzi bath. the character and original features really stood out.

The location is unbeatable, right in the town center, allowing you to explore everything on foot! My room had a luxurious jacuzzi bath that transformed my evening into pure bliss. Plus, the warm and welcoming vibe from the staff made my stay feel like a cozy home away from home!

Despite initial hiccups, our stay provided charming views and cozy decor in our Luxury Double Room. We particularly appreciated the friendly staff who helped with a quick room change. For future guests, confirm room amenities in advance and enjoy exploring nearby dining options for a fuller experience.

i had a lovely stay at boutique 25 bed & breakfast. it’s right in the town center, close to shops and bars, making it super convenient. the superior double room was cozy with comfy beds, soft pillows, and nice extras like a hairdryer, iron, and tea/coffee. the shower was hot, and the bathroom felt light and airy. the family running the hotel was really friendly.

the only downside was the noise restrictions which felt a bit strict.

the location is amazin, right in the center! the friendly guy at the front desk was the highlight of our stay. comfy bed and the room had all the basics. decent pressure in the shower too. the cocktail bar downstairs was kinda cool, even tho it turned out to be a nightclub.

the room was super dated and had loads of problems like peeling paint and a bent bed. plus, the noise from the nightclub was impossible to ignore and made it hard to sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay in this boutique hotel, as it was very central, making it easy to explore nearby spots like the Skipton Town Hall and the lovely Leeds and Liverpool Canal, which we enjoyed walking along for its tranquil views.
